About Us

 Mr. P (AKA Master Payne) is a high-ranking expert in Tae Kwon Do with over 30 years of experience in teaching and developing students of all ages and abilities in the martial arts. His teaching style is disciplined, positive, and effective, with an emphasis on practical self-defense applications for real-life situations. Mr. P is a internationally certified 5th-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and also holds a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Master Payne uses the best of many mixed martial art techniques including Taekwondo, Boxing, Krav Maga, Hapkido, and Jiu-Jitsu.

Our goal is to instill our students with the skills to protect themselves in potentially dangerous situations while keeping things fun and educational along the way. Though Mr. P has trained and coached many winning competition athletes at both the state and national levels, his main interest is to work with students and parents to develop confident, well-rounded individuals with the life and critical-thinking skills that come from a dedicated and consistent study of martial arts.
